Parmenion (Parmen) Patias represents clients in high-stakes commercial and matrimonial litigation matters including, among others, breaches of fiduciary duty, wrongful termination, prosecuting fraud claims, theft of trade secrets, and partnership disputes. He supports the Storch Byrne team in developing legal strategies by conducting detailed research and analysis and drafting motions for cases across multiple jurisdictions. Parmen draws from his background in engineering to bring a high level of technical expertise to all the matters he is involved in. Parmen enjoys serving as a trusted advisor that clients can reach out to at any time.

 

Parmen earned his J.D. at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a staff editor on the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. While in law school, Parmen interned at the Decision Department of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, where he gained a comprehensive view of legal proceedings and understanding of the Court’s structure.

 

Parmen dedicates his Pro Bono work to immigration law, where he currently represents two young siblings in their efforts to secure legal status in the US.

 

Parmen holds a B.Sc. in Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
