Susan Rosenthal is a seasoned litigator specializing in partnership and shareholder disputes, secure transactions, and breaches of contract, currently serving the firm as a trusted advisor, strategist, and mentor. Susan brings decades of experience in commercial litigation, from firms both large and small, and has served in leadership roles throughout her career. When it comes to representing clients, Susan understands the uncertainties caused by active litigation and aims to alleviate them by delivering favorable outcomes both in and out of court. Susan prefers to waste no time, taking an aggressive approach and employing tactics that will lead to a swift resolution.

Susan brings not only a wealth of experience to Storch Byrne, but also a long working history with Steven Storch stemming from their time together at Reavis & McGrath.
